All Creatures Veterinary Services, located on Park Ave in Long Beach, was established in 1984 by Dr. Lewis J. Gelfand as a mobile veterinary service performing housecalls at our clients homes using a 23 foot mobile hospital. In 1987 we moved into our current location. Our hospital is committed to providing the highest quality and most compassionate care possible for your pet. Good medicine starts with listening to our clients needs and providing them with not only the proper medical care but also the appropriate education to better care for their own pets. We strive to provide our clients with access to leading edge healthcare, products, technology and services.

All Creatures Veterinary Services is a full-service veterinary hospital with complete medical, surgical and dental care for pets, including avian and exotics . With a highly trained, caring staff and state-of-the-art equipment, our hospital provides your pet with the best possible care. Our hospital utilizes the most up-to-date technology including: laser surgery, ultrasound (GE LOGIQ5 Unit) and digital radiology (TruDR) from Sound Technologies, video otoscopy, telemedicine, dental x-ray and digital imaging system, ECG/BP/Capnography/Pulse Oximetry devices, isoflurane or sevoflurane anesthesia and a full-service, in-house laboratory. We also strive to integrate the best of western medicine with alternative therapies such as acupuncture and herbal therapies when indicated.
